Returns and Exchanges

We are committed to ensuring that you are happy with your online shopping experience.


In order for a return to be valid, you must notify us in advance of your intention to return the goods. Failure to notify us in advance may result in the goods being misplaced and the return not being accepted (any packages from customers who do not notify us will not be accepted and will be sent back to you). costs (including duties and taxes) arising from failure to follow the return instructions as set out in the email or this document will be refunded or deducted from the credit amount.

Return Policy

  • Goods are non-returnable and non-exchangeable except in the case of manufacturing defects.
  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
  • Goods intended to be returned and exchanged must be dispatched no later than the later of (i) 14 days after receipt of the goods or (ii) 7 days after the return/exchange request is confirmed.
  • All goods to be returned must be new and in the original condition in which they were purchased. They must be unworn, unwashed, unworn and still have the tags attached.
  • Accessories and items that originally came with the goods (e.g. cases, user manuals, spare parts) must also be returned.
  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
  • If the final purchase price after returning the goods is less than the free shipping amount, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. However, no deduction will be made if there is a reward programme and you choose to refund the shop credit.

Return/exchange procedure

  • Initiation of return/exchange.
    • Within 14 days of receiving the goods, send a return/exchange request to Customer Service at or use a livechat with the following information.
    • For Return:provide customer service with your order number, details of the product you wish to return and the reason for the return. You will be contacted back with return instructions.
    • For Exchange:provide customer service with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to exchange and the model/size of the item(s) to be exchanged. We will hold the requested item(s) to ensure that they are not sold out while you wait for the returned item(s). 
    • You are responsible for all costs related to the return/exchange, including return shipping costs, duties and taxes.
  • Packaging
    • Pack your goods and invoice in a bag or box.

    • All costs related to returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the user. If requested, we will also arrange for a return label and pick-up, but will deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund costs.
